Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Project Manager to oversee diverse construction projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will report regularly to the Project Director, manage schedules, and coordinate with customers, subcontractors and vendors to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong competency in MS Office, Xactimate, and Salesforce, with a background in insurance restoration being a plus. Fluency in English and solid technical writing are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Experience in both commercial and residential projects preferred.
• Certifications: asbestos, lead, and mold; OSHA 30 hr construction; AMRT; valid driver's license; forklift certification.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
• Communicate project status to the Project Director at least three times weekly.
• Manage payment terms and collect outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate starts, scheduling, and work with subcontractors and field personnel.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, SCAQMD; observe DOT rules.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, reports, budgets and labor/material forecasting.
