Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage design development, feasibility studies, schedules in Microsoft Project, and budgets in Procore, while ensuring safety and quality alignment with Toyota values.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of construction project-management experience on ground-up and complex capital projects valued from M to M+.
• Experience leading design development from concept through construction documents, feasibility studies, due diligence, bidding, and procurement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel, Bluebeam; budgeting and scheduling.
• Ability to lead project engineers, contractors, consultants, and safety personnel across multiple projects.
• Experience delivering light-industrial, warehouse, office, automotive, or manufacturing-facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital projects across plants; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop schedules in MS Project; manage Procore budgets and forecasts.
• Lead bidding, procurement and scope awards for services.
• Coordinate design input with IT, AV, Security, and operations teams.
• Ensure safety documentation, site inspections, and quality control on construction.
• Manage changes and minimize scope creep; report status to stakeholders.
