Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPC experience on conventional, simple cycle, and combined cycle projects.
• Experience as Site Manager on two major projects > $200M.
• Strong leadership, project management and construction operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft resourcing strategies, including workforce planning and staffing alignment.
• Drive workforce planning in line with baseline schedule.
• Oversee readiness and gate reviews prior to mobilization.
• Deliver construction execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions with operations leadership.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and teams.
