Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day construction operations with approximately 17 leaders across office and field. You will drive leadership, accountability, and deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget, working closely with ownership to influence the business.

The role emphasizes hands-on involvement, problem solving, and developing people while managing complex commercial projects in Texas and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience in a senior project management or operations leadership role.
• Ability to manage both office and field personnel and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership across construction operations.
• Oversee approximately 17 office and field leaders, including PMs and superintendents.
• Establish expectations for execution, communication, accountability, and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions with teams.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
• Coach and develop project managers, superintendents, and other leaders.
