Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Operations Manager in Austin, TX. This hands-on leadership role oversees day‑to‑day construction operations with ~17 office and field leaders, driving safe, on‑time, on‑budget project delivery and strong client relationships.

The role requires a proven commercial construction leader with the ability to manage projects, develop people, and solve problems while partnering with ownership for strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Experience overseeing both office and field personnel.
• Strong project financial, scheduling, cost control knowledge.
• Ability to read construction plans, contracts, schedules.
• Hands-on leadership with ownership interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership across construction operations.
• Oversee and support ~17 office and field leaders.
• Establish execution expectations, accountability, and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and devise practical solutions.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability of projects.
• Coach and develop project managers, superintendents, and staff.
• Collaborate with ownership to drive strategic results.
