Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC is seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee field operations across multiple business units. You will support General Superintendents, conduct site visits, and drive performance through schedule planning, cost tracking, and risk management.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years of construction leadership, strong coaching abilities, and a track record of delivering large-scale projects while maintaining safety and quality. Travel up to 90% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 20+ years of progressive construction experience on large-scale projects.
• 10+ years in leadership roles (superintendent/operations director).
• Experience managing multiple projects and field teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR current; LEED or sustainability credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations across business units and support superintendents.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and milestone reviews to drive performance.
• Forecast and allocate labor, equipment, and scheduling needs.
• Track project accounting, PCA, labor performance, and schedules.
• Support preconstruction with logistics reviews and constructability input.
• Enforce safety policies and promote quality and continuous improvement.
• Mentor field leaders and support succession planning.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and subs.
