Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will mentor project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and nurture executive relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 10–15 years of construction management experience, with readiness to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10–15 years of construction management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale projects or multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple or large-scale, technically complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead, mentor, and guide Project Managers and project teams.
• Monitor project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cash flow, and risk.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and partners.
• Support business development, including pursuits, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Lead resolution of disputes, contractual issues, and operational challenges.
• Monitor schedules, staffing plans, quality control, and safety performance across projects.
