Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 years in construction or construction management.
• Proven success managing large-scale, complex or multimillion-dollar projects.
• Minimum 5 years in senior field leadership or project superintendent role.
• Experience mentoring field leadership teams and overseeing multiple projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, quality control, safety and field documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple or highly complex projects.
• Support and mentor field leaders, staffing, hiring, succession planning and leadership development.
• Guide construction means, methods, sequencing, logistics and constructability; resolve field conflicts.
• Review schedules, manpower plans, production goals and recovery plans.
• Monitor quality control, field documentation and project performance across assigned projects.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture with audits, inspections and OSHA compliance.
• Review project financial performance including budgets; flag cost variances.
• Coordinate with client, engineer, inspector, subcontractor and vendor during all phases including closeout.
