Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC in Florida seeks an experienced construction leader to oversee multi-million-dollar projects from site to closeout. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, and safety program management.

You will ensure quality control, manage field budgets and manpower, and maintain client relationships while traveling occasionally. Proficiency in MS Office and OSHA/CPR certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 12+ years in construction, CM, or CE with multimillion-dollar projects.
• Proven leadership with field personnel and project execution.
• Strong communication with PMs, supers, clients, and subs.
• Ability to coordinate resources, schedules, and field issues.
• Current Competent Person certifications in trenching, scaffolding, rigging, confined space, fall protection.
• OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid/CPR certifications.
• Training in Silica Safety, Risk Management, and Accident Investigation.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability to work in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality control and safe jobsite throughout all phases.
• Lead scheduling, baseline schedules, updates, and production planning.
• Coordinate subcontractors, permits, inspections, and meetings.
• Manage field docs: daily reports, as-builts, submittals, closeout.
• Control field budgets, manpower, equipment, material handling, report changes.
• Maintain client relationships and identify new work.
• Lead jobsite safety program with daily inspections and orientations.
• Mentor field staff and support constructability reviews.
