• Strong verbal and written communication with project partners (Owner, contractors, design team).
• Ability to stand for several hours and inspect active construction sites.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of construction, start-up, and commissioning of a water pollution control facility.
• Interpret design documents, RFIs, COs, and prepare field reports and daily documentation.
• Facilitate progress meetings and coordinate with Owner’s Project Manager and Design Team.
• Review pay applications and document field changes to design documents.
