Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Construction Manager to support the Walk Bridge Replacement Program in Connecticut. The role requires seasoned engineering judgment, coordination across design, construction, and program controls, and in-person work at the Norwalk program office.

The CM will serve as the bridge between design and construction, providing cost, schedule, and risk-informed support to CTDOT. Key duties include leading meetings, resolving field issues, and managing DICOs and logs to protect scope

Qualifications

  • CT P.E. license is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and contribute to regular construction meetings and meetings related to progress, coordination, risk reviews.
  • Assist CTDOT and CE&I with resolving field conflicts and emerging construction issues.
  • Coordinate design support during construction, including review and resolution of design issue changes.
  • Support cost and schedule tracking, review of budgets, change orders, and monthly reporting.
