Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Senior Construction Manager to drive field safety, productivity, and quality across projects. The Sr.

CM reports to the Project Manager, supports planning, execution, controls and closeout, and supervises all field operations. The role emphasizes managing budgets, schedules, QA/QC, safety, and timely reporting, with strong leadership of subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Ten (10)+ years’ progressive experience in the power delivery industry (field).
• Experience in construction management, substation and overhead transmission lines, scheduling, cost controls, safety, quality, and risk.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates field construction
• Monitors and optimizes the design-to-budget-to-schedule balance
• Manages subcontracts and purchase orders
• Prepares and updates project schedules and status reports
• Manages QA/QC and safety compliance
• Performs project setup and field document control
• Wields the Short Interval Schedule to drive progress
• Communicates project milestones to stakeholders
