Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead field construction activities, manage contracts, and drive safety, productivity and quality across projects. You will supervise field operations, coordinate with the Project Manager, and safeguard schedule integrity in a dynamic energy infrastructure setting.

Required is 10+ years in power delivery, strong knowledge of materials and methods, and hands-on construction management experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ progressive experience in power delivery field (field experience)
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods and equipment
• High school diploma required
• OSHA 30 training preferred
• Experience with estimating processes helpful
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating field operations

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates field construction
• Manages prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Maintains schedule, budget, and quality targets
• Prepares weekly progress reports and daily field logs
• Reviews RFIs and submittals for constructability and schedule impact
• Ensures QA/QC and HSE standards across subcontractors and vendors
