Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking a Construction Manager within Global Facilities Delivery to lead field construction for large-scale, $200M+ capital programs. You will supervise Lilly employees and contract leaders to deliver safe, on-time projects from design through commissioning.

Qualifications

Degree required: Bachelor of Science in engineering, construction management, or related technical field.
Minimum 10 years of capital project construction delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
Experience supervising multiple construction contractors or CM firms.
Authorized to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

Lead field construction execution from design through mechanical completion for large-scale programs.
Ensure safety, cost, schedule, and quality across brownfield and greenfield sites.
Resolve disputes with contractors in partnership with legal and procurement.
Manage field execution budget, forecasting, and cost controls.
Maintain clear communication between field teams and program leadership; manage stakeholder relations.
Ensure compliance with GMP, company policies, and regulatory frameworks.
