Responsibilities

• Lead the design delivery for capital projects within the Global Facilities Delivery (GFD) organization.
• Coordinate design activities with Project Manager across all design phases; ensure conformance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Direct development of design requirements and maintain the design schedule to meet project needs.
• Assist in selection of A/E firms and coordinate earned value progress systems with stakeholders.
• Support value engineering, risk assessments, and documentation such as the Project Verification Plan.
