Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis seeks a Construction Manager to lead field construction for Global Facilities Delivery. You will supervise Lilly employees and contract leaders to safely execute large-scale capital programs and manage budgets from design through mechanical completion.

The role requires ten years in capital project construction delivery, experience with brownfield and greenfield, and professional certifications; relocation to project site and 15–30% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field.
• Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or equivalent certification and/or Project Management Professional (PMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field construction execution from design through mechanical completion.
• Ensure safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives on brownfield and greenfield sites.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement and project leadership on disputes and interfaces.
