Lilly is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field construction for Global Facilities Delivery, supervising Lilly employees and contract leaders to deliver large-scale capital programs from detailed design to completion.

This role requires managing safety, cost, schedule and quality across brownfield and greenfield sites, while interfacing with program leadership and contractors. International travel and relocation are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum ten years delivering capital projects in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Experience overseeing multiple contractors or CM firms.

Responsabilités

• Lead field construction from detailed design through mechanical completion.
• Own field execution budget and capital spend across programs.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement and leadership on disputes.
• Ensure safety, cost, schedule and quality objectives are met.
• Maintain clear interfaces between field teams and program leadership.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, company policies and regulatory frameworks.
