Stream Realty Partners in Chicago seeks a Senior Construction Manager to act as owner’s representative for tenant improvements and capital projects across commercial office properties. You will define scope, cost, and schedule from concepts, drive value engineering, and manage projects from design through close-out while coordinating with clients, design teams, and contractors.

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of construction management or project management experience in commercial office interiors.
• Proven track record delivering office tenant improvement and capital improvement projects in occupied buildings.
• Experience managing multiple projects independently while leading general contractors, design teams, and client relationships.
• Ability to read construction drawings and perform cost estimates; strong risk awareness with budgeting.
• Working knowledge of AIA contracts, pay applications, lien waivers, and change orders; proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Chicago market experience preferred; willingness to visit jobsites regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Preconstruction & bidding: translate client concepts into scopes, budgets, and schedules; drive value engineering to meet budget goals.
• Project delivery: lead weekly progress meetings, oversee submittals and schedules, manage budgets and safety compliance.
• Client & relationship management: be primary client contact, provide monthly reporting, advise on materials and phasing to meet goals.
