Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Construction Manager to lead office interior finish-out projects, budgeting, bidding, buyout, and capital improvements. You will analyze project documents, determine scope, cost, and schedule, and work with owners, tenants, and consultants to meet budgets.

You will also drive preconstruction activities, coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, and oversee change orders, pay apps, and progress reporting to ensure on-time project completion and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related area preferred.
3-7 years related construction experience preferred.
Ability to read construction drawings, visualize missing information and understand means and methods.
Proficient in leading a team of consultants and contractors through pricing and construction.

Responsibilities

Coordinate creation of Construction Documents with consultants and due diligence as needed.
Lead project team translating program into construction documents and sequencing.
Develop schedule and communicate accurate expectations to client and team.
Solicit pricing from contractors and manage pre-bid and bid meetings.
Coordinate vendors and manage change requests, pricing and submittals.
Oversee pay applications, lien waivers, and monthly client reports.
