Job summary

Stream Realty Partners seeks a Sr. Construction Manager to lead tenant improvement and capital projects in the Chicago market. You will define scope, cost, and schedule, drive value engineering, and manage multiple clients while maintaining occupied buildings’ operations.

You will coordinate with design teams, contractors, and Stream’s project team, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence across complex interiors portfolios.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction management or project management experience in commercial office interiors.
• Experience delivering office tenant improvements and capital improvement projects in occupied buildings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while leading contractors, design teams, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction & bidding: translate client concepts into scopes, budgets, and schedules; drive value engineering.
• Project delivery: manage weekly meetings, submittals, procurement, and phased work in occupied buildings; monitor budget and safety.
• Client & relationship management: serve as primary client contact, provide monthly reporting, and mentor team members.
