Job summary

Fluor Constructors seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead medium- to large-scale EPFC and maintenance projects. You will oversee construction activities, coordinate with staff at sites and offices, and ensure work aligns with contract requirements, schedules, and costs.

The role requires directing teams and suppliers, managing risks, and enforcing Fluor's Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental standards to deliver safe, on-time outcomes on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent; extensive experience may substitute for degree in some locations

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of assigned project(s) per contract and company policies.
• Lead and direct all construction-related functions to safely and efficiently execute scope.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and drive risk assessment and mitigation.
• Coordinate across functions and locations to align activities with project phases.
• Ensure adherence to the Fluor Quality Program and HSE policies.
