Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager II to oversee field construction on projects typically valued between $50 million and $150 million. You will direct activities to meet plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates while coordinating craft workers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study.
16 years of work-related experience or a combination of education and related experience to equal 20 years if non-degreed.
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and contractors.
Knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct field construction activities for projects typically valued between $50 million and $150 million.
Coordinate construction craftsmen and subcontractors within the assigned area.
Control project schedule and cost through efficient use of resources including workforce, materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor productivity and cost; implement actions to maintain labor productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Promote safety culture on the project; ensure safety is integrated into all work performed.
