Job summary

Qualifications

• Craft certification and related experience equivalent to 18 years.
• Effective communication with audiences including management, coworkers, clients and vendors.
• Job related technical knowledge to complete the job.
• Ability to learn applicable local, state and federal guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct work activities for assigned construction crafts.
• Coordinate craft personnel, materials and equipment to meet schedules.
• Direct support to project & construction management with proper means and methods.
• Analyze situations, forecast problems and recommend actions.
• Adhere to Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
