Job summary

Fluor Constructors is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead medium- to large-sized EPFC projects. The role directs all construction activity on site and at multiple offices, ensuring delivery aligned with contract requirements, plans, and schedules.

You will drive risk management, maintain alignment across departments, and uphold Fluor's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree; 20 years of related experience, or 24 years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate with management, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Job-related technical knowledge and ability to apply statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all construction activities for the project(s), on site and in offices.
• Manage risks and drive ongoing risk assessment and mitigation.
• Coordinate activities across all functions, locations, and project phases.
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Program and Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
