Job summary

The position requires a four-year degree and extensive experience in construction/EPFC environments, with strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and eighteen (18) years of work‑related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty‑two (22) years if non‑degreed; some locations may have additional requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Attention to detail and time‑conscious and time‑effective manner

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of assigned project(s) in conformance with the prime contract and company policies
• Lead and direct all functions necessary to safely and efficiently execute the scope
• Manage risks associated with the execution of the work and drive ongoing risk assessment and mitigation
• Coordinate and align activities across functions, departments, and locations
• Oversee activity in strict adherence to the company Quality Program
• Adhere to Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
