Job summary

Fluor Constructors is seeking a Site Engineer to support construction activities with technical and QA/QC input on large projects. You will interpret design documents, coordinate with design engineers, and assist supervision on site issues to ensure work is performed to specifications.

The role requires a four-year engineering degree and extensive field experience, with preferred expertise in multiple disciplines and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in engineering or global equivalent.
• Some locations require additional qualifications per local requirements.
• Excellent communication with management, coworkers, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support construction efforts with technical guidance to craft and supervision.
• Provide construction engineering support for a discipline on large projects.
• Coordinate with design engineers to ensure timely flow of design documents.
• Assist project supervision with construction-related issues identified on drawings.
• Participate in quality program implementation and reporting.
