Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with modular construction and site surveys is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops a comprehensive scope matrix incorporating site logistics and initial work packages.
• Leads site surveys, reviews documents for compliance, and oversees scheduling and field commissioning.
• Engages with customers and stakeholders to build buy-in for modular construction projects.
• Drives project planning, QA/QC plans, and logistics using 3D scans.
• Utilizes InfraLink for project management, reporting, and documentation control.
• Manages procurement, BOM verification, subcontractor proposals, and change orders.
• Oversees safety, scheduling adherence, and field operations.
• Mentor and develop construction staff and lead recruitment and performance reviews.
• Adheres to QA/QC processes and forecasts staffing needs.
