Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Construction Manager for Internal Capital Projects in Tysons, VA. You will lead planning, execution, and completion of construction initiatives, ensuring safety, budget, and quality standards.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver on prioritized capital programs, manage resources, and enforce compliance with codes and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership and communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in construction project management with strong knowledge of codes and safety.
• Experience with PM software: MS Project, Primavera, Procore.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to procure materials and services.
• Oversee construction activities, monitor progress and ensure safety and quality.
• Review contractor invoices and change orders, ensuring contractual compliance.
