Job summary

You will coordinate with customers and subcontractors, review designs for constructability, and drive safety and quality across the project lifecycle. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of CM experience, with travel up to 100%. Proficiency in CPM scheduling and InfraLink is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive scope matrix, incorporating site logistics and initial work packages; analyze subcontractor quotes to cover scope.
• Lead site surveys; review engineering docs for design compliance, codes, standards; oversee field commissioning activities.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to build buy-in for modular construction; develop QA/QC plans and schedules.
• Utilize InfraLink for project management; create schedules, report progress, and manage document control.
