Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager 3 in Denver, CO to lead day-to-day construction site activities, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure safety and QA/QC compliance.

You will coordinate with customers and subcontractors, develop logistics plans, and drive successful project delivery across complex facilities and cyber-physical systems. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in project controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience, or a combination of equivalent experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Develops a comprehensive scope matrix and site logistics plans, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring executable work scopes.
• Leads site surveys, reviews design documents for compliance, and oversees scheduling and field commissioning activities.
• Manages client relationships, procurement processes, cost control, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Creates CPM schedules, forecasts material cost and manpower, and prepares monthly narratives to align with baselines.
• Oversees QA/QC, safety, documentation, and reporting using InfraLink and established project controls.
