Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Develop scope matrix, analyze subcontractor quotes, and clarify scope to enable executable work.
• Oversee field scheduling, QA/QC, and testing/commissioning per project requirements.
• Manage CPM scheduling with the project scheduler to meet milestones.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily reporting; track progress and costs.
• Foster client relationships and oversee procurement and cost-control activities.
