Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture is required (extensive relevant experience may be considered).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager.
• Experience with public projects in California preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of construction estimating, cost controls and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management services on diverse projects.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, estimates, and specs.
• Serve as onsite liaison with contractors and monitor progress.
• Coordinate and direct contractors, engineers, architects, and related teams.
• Manage project controls, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Conduct meetings, minutes, and documentation tracking.
• Ensure safety, turnover, and contract compliance at project closeout.
