Qualifications

Relevant experience in construction management or related field
5+ years’ experience managing multiple building types and projects
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong problem-solving and financial management skills

Responsibilities

Lead the client and PM team to meet project goals and outcomes.
Serve as liaison with clients and assist with all project-related decisions.
Plan, organize, and direct PM functions through all phases: Preconstruction, Construction, Closeout.
Maintain budget and schedule control; produce cost and status reports.
Mentor internal project staff and contribute to team performance.
