Responsibilities

• Lead the client and PM team to meet project goals and outcomes.
• Serve as liaison with clients and assist with all project-related decisions.
• Plan, organize, and direct PM functions through all phases: Preconstruction, Construction, Closeout.
• Maintain budget and schedule control; produce cost and status reports.
• Mentor internal project staff and contribute to team performance.
