• Prepare value engineering, cost option and strategy estimates.
• Lead estimates reviews and coordinate with estimating team.
• Present cost estimates to management and clients.
• Attend client meetings and participate in design workshops.
• Mentor and train junior staff.
• Forecast costs and analyze cost data.
