This role collaborates with Product Development, Process Improvement, and Purchasing teams to address plan quality, schedule adherence, and budgetary challenges, while keeping homeowners informed and satisfied through clear,

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of relevant construction experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities.
• Review and modify construction drawings when plan errors or conflicts arise.
• Evaluate project schedules and update modifications to reflect needs.
• Ensure homes are completed on schedule while meeting safety standards.
• Manage customer experience with regular communications and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Purchasing teams to improve plan quality.
• Inspect sites for safety and regulatory compliance and take corrective action when needed.
• Approve field purchase orders for materials and labor as required.
• Recruit and vet trade partners; monitor performance and timeliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
