Qualifications

• Experience managing construction processes in high-production environments.
• Ability to direct and manage trade performance.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities and evaluate their quality and efficiency.
• Review and modify construction drawings when plan errors or conflicts arise.
• Evaluate project schedules and adjust resources to meet timely completion.
• Ensure each home is completed on schedule and all contract obligations and safety protocols are met.
• Stop any work that is not satisfactory or noncompliant with plans, specs, or code.
• Manage the customer experience throughout the construction process and communicate progress to customers.
