You will direct supervision of craft workers and subcontractors, coordinate resources, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, schedules and cost estimates.

The role requires a four-year degree with extensive experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage safety culture and client relations.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent; 18+ years of related experience (22 years if no degree).
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local, state/provincial, and federal statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction activities for assigned project(s) and coordinate field teams.
• Direct supervision of construction staff and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate and implement indirect activities to support project execution and safety.
• Ensure work is within approved scope, drawings, specs, schedules, and budgets.
