Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Houston seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead medium-to-large EPFC projects, including engineering, procurement and construction, ensuring alignment with contracts, plans, schedules and budgets.

You will direct all construction activities on-site, manage risks, coordinate multi‑discipline teams, and uphold Fluor’s safety and quality standards while driving project objectives to completion.

Qualifications

• Accredited four‑year degree and twenty years of work experience, or twenty‑four years if non‑degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors and contractors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious and time-effective work practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of assigned project(s) to meet contract, schedule, scope and cost requirements.
• Manage all risks associated with the execution of the work, including mitigation efforts.
• Establish and maintain full alignment across activities, locations, and project phases.
• Oversee all activity in strict adherence to the company Quality Program and requirements.
• Adhere to Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability policies.
