Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a lead project superintendent in industrial and/or commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing multiple job sites and field teams.
• Must have intermediate to strong computer skills.
• Must possess strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Hold active TWIC credential.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all field operations across multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of various construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and materials.
• Address conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Interface with clients providing updates on project progress.
