Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably building projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with lump-sum contracts and design-build/design-assist delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage building projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate multiple disciplines and subcontractors across design and construction.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.
• Develop relationships with clients, design partners, and internal teams.
• Lead project planning, milestones, and procurement activities.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigations.
