Moore Industries in Baton Rouge, LA, seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and budget control. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to drive project success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years of PM experience, and strong leadership and communication. Proficiency with Procore or MS Project is needed; PMP/CCM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project).
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• PMP or CCM certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Hire and manage Moore self‑perform crews, subcontractors and construction teams.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
