The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree or a CCM credential and have over 10 years of experience in construction or project management. Expertise in design-build and DSA processes is a plus.

The position is 100% onsite with a salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 per year, alongside comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree.
• Ten (10) years of experience in Construction or Project Management.
• Experience with construction values of more than $10M.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all facets of construction projects.
• Review pre-construction documents and provide necessary feedback.
• Coordinate with public agencies to comply with project requirements.
