Job summary

Tract is seeking a Construction Manager to lead planning, design, and development of large-scale civil infrastructure and land development projects across the United States. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, permitting, and contractor performance to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

The role requires extensive experience managing design, engineering, and construction activities for complex infrastructure, including site development and utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/CM; 10+ years of construction management experience preferred.
• Experience managing design, engineering, and construction activities for large infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop large-scale civil infrastructure and land development projects.
• Lead construction management and execution with contractors, ensuring quality and safety plans.
• Coordinate permitting with authorities and manage stakeholders and reporting.
