Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or CCM path per LAUSD requirements.
• CCM within one year may substitute for degree.
• Over 15 years of construction/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of pre-construction, bid/award, construction, and close-out.
• Review pre-construction docs and provide comments to the Designer.
• Plan and prepare status reports for upper management.
• Coordinate with public agencies and district staff to meet standards.
• Monitor budgets and schedules monthly.
• Oversee contractor daily activities and review submittals and RFCs.
• Coordinate district delivery of fixtures, furniture, equipment.
• Ensure project close-out with DSA and financials.
