Qualifications

• Fifteen years of experience in construction/project management in commercial/public facility construction.
• Five years with full responsibility for complex projects over $20M.
• Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction and construction phases of assigned projects.
• Review pre-construction documents and submit comments.
• Plan, organize, and report project status to upper management.
