PMCS Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager/Superintendent to oversee and coordinate multiple aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of construction management experience, including managing large-scale projects valued over $20M. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, schedules, and contractor activities as well as complying with safety regulations and certifications. This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups and deliver project updates to senior management.

Formación

• Fifteen years of experience in construction/project management in commercial/public facility construction.
• Five years with full responsibility for complex projects over $20M.
• Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage pre-construction and construction phases of assigned projects.
• Review pre-construction documents and submit comments.
• Plan, organize, and report project status to upper management.
