Job summary

Pacifica Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead multi-phase projects from pre-construction through close-out for large commercial/public facilities. The role requires extensive coordination with designers, agencies, and district staff to ensure compliance, budget integrity, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in construction/PM with experience managing projects over $20M and a CCM credential or the ability to obtain it within one year.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years full-time paid professional experience in Construction and/or project/construction management of commercial and/or public/educational facility construction.
• Five (5) of the fifteen years must include full responsibility coordinating complex projects with construction values over $20M.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phases for assigned projects.
• Review pre-construction documents and provide comments to Designer as needed.
• Plan, organize and prepare progress reports for upper management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or Construction Management

Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within 1 year

20+ years construction or project management experience

CCM credential can substitute for education
