Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years full-time paid professional experience in construction.
• Five years of coordinating complex projects with construction values over $20M.
• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of pre-construction, bid and award, construction phases.
• Plan, organize, and prepare reports on project status and progress.
• Monitor project budget and ensure it reflects the correct status.
