Job summary

Neocloud is hiring a field-based construction lead to own day-to-day site execution of greenfield and brownfield GPU data center builds, coordinating general contractors, trades, and vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule, on-budget facilities at extreme power density. Expect 80–100% travel with remaining time at home.

You’ll own integrated schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project), enforce safety, coordinate CSA/MEP trades, manage submittals and RFIs, and track progress, spend and resources with

Job description

We're hiring for a Neocloud on a mission to put gigawatts of compute in the ground faster than anyone else - multiple concurrent sites, building the operating model that replaces traditional construction management rather than working inside it.

This is a field role. You own day-to-day site execution - orchestrating general contractors, trades, and vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule, on-budget facilities at extreme power-and-cooling density. This runs from the field, not from a desk - expect travel around 80-100%, remaining time can be spent at home.

• Massive gigawatt-scale AI sites operating at a pace and scale most construction managers never get access to.
• Full ownership of outcomes, not a coordination seat under someone else's schedule. Tools, process layers, and administrative drag get stripped out in favor of solving the real problem.
• You're building the reference model, not just a building - every site's lessons roll forward so the hundredth site goes up faster and cleaner than the first.
• High-intensity team solving a genuinely novel construction problem at a scale that hasn't been done before.

What you'll own:

What we're looking for:

• Experience managing hyperscale, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects
• Deep knowledge of CSA/MEP construction phases, procurement workflows, and cost controls
• Hands-on with Primavera P6 or MS Project for integrated scheduling
• A track record of enforcing safety hard and holding subcontractors to it
• Comfort coordinating across Design, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations with clean handoffs
• Willing and able to travel 80-100% to active sites
• Bonus: construction management qualification, liquid cooling or high-density power build experience.
