Job summary

Neocloud is hiring a field-based construction lead to own day-to-day site execution of greenfield and brownfield GPU data center builds, coordinating general contractors, trades, and vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule, on-budget facilities at extreme power density. Expect 80–100% travel with remaining time at home.

You’ll own integrated schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project), enforce safety, coordinate CSA/MEP trades, manage submittals and RFIs, and track progress, spend and resources with

Qualifications

• Experience leading field execution on large-scale data center or mission-critical builds.
• Hands-on with integrated scheduling across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day execution on greenfield and brownfield GPU data center builds.
• Integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Safety program enforcement - zero-incident culture across all subcontractors.
• CSA and MEP trade coordination, real-time field conflict resolution.
• QA/QC, submittals, RFI, and change-order verification.
• Daily progress, spend, earned-value, and resource-loading tracking with recovery plans.
