Job summary

MKL Careers is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead hyperscale data center builds across the U.S., with a field-focused role delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects.

You will manage GC's, subcontractors, and vendors; drive schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project; ensure QA/QC, safety, and cost control while traveling 80–100% to active sites.

• Drive site safety and maintain a zero-incident culture.
• Track progress, budget, resources, and recovery plans.
• Manage construction packages from award through project closeout.

I’m currently working on a Senior Construction Manager opportunity with a rapidly growing infrastructure company that is delivering large-scale, high-density data center projects across the U.S.

This is a field-focused role for someone who has experience delivering hyperscale, data center, semiconductor, or other mission-critical projects and wants to be involved in some of the largest AI infrastructure builds in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction activities across greenfield and brownfield data center project
• Manage GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and critical-path trade
• Build and drive integrated schedules using P6 or MS Projec
• Coordinate CSA and MEP construction and resolve field issue
